14-Day "Not Good, Money Back" Guarantee:

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within this period for a refund. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at support@nodablue.com.

2. Returns and Exchanges:

Returns and exchanges are accepted within the 14-day window. However, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that the items are returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

3. Additional Costs:

Nodablue is not responsible for any additional costs incurred during the return process, including but not limited to customs duties, taxes, or shipping fees. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Lost Packages with Shipping Protection:

For orders with the shipping protection option selected during checkout, we offer a 30% money-back guarantee if the products are lost during shipment. This guarantee is valid only if the shipping protection option is opted in during the checkout process.

5. Non-Refundable Orders:

If the shipping protection option is not selected during checkout, we do not refund any orders that are lost during shipping.

Important Information:

- All returns must be authorized by Nodablue's customer support before being shipped back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
- Please include your order number and reason for return in all communications.
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned items.
- Items damaged due to customer negligence are not eligible for a refund.
